Food to eat : fruits , vegetables ,legumes,nuts , seeds ,olive oil,slow amount of low fat dairy
Food to avoid : alcohol ,refined carbohydrates ,trans fats ,saturated fats , gluten , highly added sugar

CBC with ESR , skin biopsy , xray (d/f joints)
